Old pencil factory is possible to be built with new look. You don’t need to move and build new home because what you need to do is just redesigning the old building and then applying some creativities to get new look. This building is made by its owner, Morten Bo Jensen and also his wife Kristina. They design an old pencil mill and make it different with black and white theme. You can see some rooms that made with perfect design and of course, people will love to stay in their new home.
In their bathroom, it is made with very simple design but it shows modern house design. There is floating bathroom cabinet and simple bathroom sink. There is another bathroom cabinet hang on the wall and it is completed with simple square mirror to add large effect in their bathroom. All things inside their bathroom are made in floating style in order to make the space looks larger and make free space for other purposes. In the kitchen, we can see industrial kitchen style that is blended with Scandinavian style. The kitchen really attracts people’s attention with the use of black kitchen cabinets, black kitchen island and unique style of lighting in the dining area.
When we move to the living room, we can find simple living room design that is made with black long sofa and simple square wooden table. This room is decorated with simple candles and also some fresh plants to increase aesthetic and add green look in this room. There are some other rooms in this house such as library that can be used as home office for the owner. The library is made with unique but simple look. There is large bookcase to store so many books collections. This room is decorated with bicycle on the wall. It is really unique ideas of the transformation of old pencil factory.
